Taking from the immersive installations of Sol Lewitt, the Razzle Dazzle camouflage technique of Norman Wilkinson covering ships during WWI-WWII rendered in tonalities of grisaille paintings (a tone on tone mural in shades of light greys and beiges), the intervention wishes to be subtle, yet informed, shaping a stimulating vibrant surface as a bas-relief trompe-l’oeil using geometric patterns inspired by art nouveau wallpaper designs.
